There is a problem

What goods or services do you provide?

Goods and services fall under classes

Classes are a bit like categories. Within each class are a collection of goods and services. It’s important to know that the protection of your trade mark is limited to the goods and services you choose.

Try different searches to ensure you’ve selected all relevant goods and services. Your assessment fee will increase with the number of classes you include.

Important

Many trade marks are registered with more than one class. For example, selling fresh fruit would require the goods class 31 but delivering it would require the service class 39. Use search multiple times to build up your list before proceeding.
